Contro "la legge de lu monno" (e l'ingratitudine): per un dialogo fra la Medea di Rame e Fo e i femminismi italiani degli anni Settanta
Résumé
is analysed with specific attention to its problematical positioning towards Italian feminism in the '70s and to Franca Rame's self-assertion, as a woman in relation to a man, a process Rame accomplishes in those years by choosing to assert herself as an actress and an author. In the various forms of feminism present in Italy at that time, the sacrifice of motherhood by Medea and her opposition to the existing laws may echo feminist custom and texts which question her stand on the issue of gender.
